Bringing together over 20 years combined experience in the building industry, the Fiducia Property Group was established with a simple philosophy in mind – there must be a way to allow investors and owner occupiers to capitalise on the benefits and value of renovated property. Unique to the marketplace, Fiducia purchases an older style apartment block and then regenerates it with the intention of adding more value to the apartment than the cost of the regeneration. To achieve this Fiducia created the ‘Regeneration’ model.

Firstly, a renovation analysis is conducted of the internal and external of the building to determine the scope of works that best suit that project, area and value add items. You then purchase the apartment in its un-renovated state and Fiducia manages the complete re-build of the entire block – externally and internally.

Not only does this offer you significant stamp duty savings, it leaves you with a highly appealing, modern apartment with you the purchaser benefiting from any equity realised by the renovations works having been completed. Fiducia can also manage the rental of the property when the regeneration is complete.
